Successful Golf Day Raises Over £3,700

On Friday, October 18th, the Cambridge Country Golf Club played host to an exhilarating Golf Day for the second time in 2024, that brought together 16 enthusiastic teams, all united by a common goal: to support Cambridge City Football Club's Journey Home.


Thanks to the generosity of the participants and sponsors, the event raised over £3,700.


The day was filled with friendly competition and camaraderie, as golfers of all skill levels enjoyed the beautiful course and ideal weather. Each team showcased their talent while fostering connections that extended beyond the fairways.


The winning team was The City Old Boys made up of Steve Gawthrop, Shaun Harrington, Neil Cogger and Adrian Buxton coming in with 109 points. Well Done Gents!
