Congratulations to ex Cambridge City

youth player Freddie Allen, who has been selected as part of the Doncaster Rovers first team squad to face Sky Bet League 2 leaders, Leyton Orient tomorrow.

Freddie, now 17, was part of the City U14s team 3 seasons ago when he finished as top scorer before signing an academy contract with Premier league, Norwich City.

During his time with the Canaries, Freddie played in the U13 Premier League Tournament at Loughborough for Norwich City competing against Manchester City, Chelsea and PSV Eindhoven in a knockout league.

Everyone at the club would like to wish Freddie the best of luck for the trip to Brisbane Road on Saturday
