Canmoor sponsor 3G dugouts

As some of you may know back in January, we recognised the need for Dugouts on the 3G pitch and how the use of a VEO Camera would assist with the development of our players. We set the boys a challenge of going out and getting local businesses to sponsor them for £30 and their advertising would be for the remainder of 23-24 & into 24-25 season. The boys responded very well, with one excelling and gaining 10 sponsors, well done Billy Walsh! Whilst one player managed to encourage local business Canmoor to sponsor the dugouts in their entirety!

A huge thanks to Canmoor/Accelerator Park Canmoor – Cambridge – Design and Build Opportunities (acceleratorpark.com) for gracefully sponsoring the dugouts for the 3G. Accelerator Park are the warehouses located next door to our stadium in Sawston owned by Tristan Capital and Canmoor. Canmoor wished for a local charity to benefit from some of the sponsorship too, which is when SSYI (Shelford Stapleford Sawston Youth Initiative) was chosen to be advertised.
